SFS defines succession at Corporate Services

Claude Stadler, Head of Corporate Services, will step down from the Group Executive Board at the end of 2023 and assume responsibility for his family’s holding company. He will hand over managerial responsibility to Arthur Blank and Volker Dostmann, which will ensure continuity.

As previously announced, Claude Stadler is stepping down from the Group Executive Board of the SFS Group. At his own request, he will leave at the end of 2023. This is a year earlier than originally announced, enabling him to assume responsibility for his family’s holding company in the future. He will continue to represent SFS in selected external bodies and support the company in working on various projects. In addition to heading Human Resources, Arthur Blank will take on the responsibility for Corporate & Marketing Communications. Managerial responsibility for Corporate Development & Investor Relations will lie with Volker Dostmann going forward. These changes will ensure continuity.

The Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Claude for his loyalty and all his successful efforts over many years in Corporate Services. They look forward to continuing to work together with him. He has helped shape the positive development of the SFS Group over the last decade. At the same time, the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Board would like to thank Arthur Blank and Volker Dostmann for their willingness to take on the extra areas of responsibility.
